RE/MAX Malta wanted to go out with a strong brand message while educating audiences about what makes them ‘tick’ as the right agency. They also needed a recruitment campaign to attract the right type of candidates.
We identified 3 phases for the campaign to ensure every objective was tackled in the right way. We decided to target homeowners to increase property portfolio and RE/MAX exclusive listings, first and second time buyers to encourage new leads, and finally, the rental market – a growing priority for every agent in Malta.
Every RE/MAX agent specialises by specific property type, area and budget, so they can find each and every person’s dream home.
With direction for newspaper articles and targeted blog posts, we ensured the public understood RE/MAX Malta’s unique expertise in each market and considered listing with the real estate company as a result.
To drive digital leads and enquiries to the sales team, we created CTA-led digital ads that show the company’s wide property portfolio, while our tech team crafted a dedicated website to literally ‘swipe through’ the RE/MAX database in the blink of an eye.
