RightShip was born with a mission to transform the maritime industry. Zero harm to those who work in it, or to the seas and oceans their vessels cross. But RightShip needed new tech talent - inspiring people for an inspiring mission. So, we dived deep and created a brand universe to match.
The Brief
To create an identity extension for the tech team, so that Rightship could build brand love and attract new techies.
The Work
A slick and simple identity that exudes brand purpose. We immediately wanted to explore RightShip’s forward-first values and made this the focal point of the visual identity, creating a brand mark that could be flexibly embedded across employer branding, recruitment, and maritime campaigns. The days of grey tech were over - we chose a popping colour palette, retaining RightShip's iconic orange and adding teal and black to the mix. Then, we designed an office mural, employer merch, and built a website powerful enough to start changing the maritime world.
