
Cisk Annual Campaign 2026
For Cisk’s 2026 annual campaign, we created a nostalgic, emotionally driven concept centred around “Moments That Matter.” Through vibrant visuals and a cinematic video inspired by unmistakably Maltese experiences, the campaign positioned Cisk as the beer that belongs in the moments people truly value.
The Brief
To develop Cisk’s annual campaign for 2026, shifting the focus to highlight relevance in the moments that matter. The campaign needed to highlight key variants including Cisk Lager, Cisk Excel, and Cisk 0.0, while reinforcing Cisk as an inseparable part of Maltese life through nostalgic storytelling and emotionally resonant everyday moments.
The Work
In a world moving faster than ever, where trends disappear overnight and life often feels dictated by algorithms, notifications, and endless scrolling, we wanted to create a campaign that reminded people of something more human. Something familiar. Something real. For Cisk’s 2026 annual campaign, we focused on the idea of “Moments That Matter” - shifting the narrative away from how often people drink beer, and instead celebrating the moments worth cracking one open for.
At the heart of the campaign was the message: “Always a Cisk Frisk.” A line that feels playful, distinctly Maltese, and instantly recognisable. More than just a tagline, it became a reminder of the feeling Cisk has always represented - those familiar moments throughout our lives that take us back to simpler times, the kind we still enjoy today with a cold Cisk in hand.
Visually, the campaign embraced bold simplicity. Each Cisk variant was paired with its own vibrant colour world - yellow for Lager and blue for Excel- creating a striking and highly recognisable visual system across billboards, digital placements, and social media. On one side, the campaign tagline sat confidently against the coloured background, while on the other, an ice-cold Cisk poured perfectly into a glass. Refreshing, crisp and unmistakably Cisk.
The hero video leaned heavily into nostalgia, but not in a soft or sentimental way. Instead, we wanted to capture the loud, energetic, competitive, loving spirit of Malta itself. The film recreated instantly recognisable local moments that continue to define life on the island today. Long family lunches growing louder by the minute. Sunday morning pastizzi outings between father and son. Dancing afternoons at the kazin with old friends and cold beers. Beach days stretched endlessly under the Maltese sun, and of course, Cisk bringing all the moments together.
Together, these scenes became a tribute to the moments that never really leave us. The moments that shaped us, and continue to connect us with a Cisk in hand.
