Brewers, producers, sellers and distributors of some of the most loved drinks in Malta, it’s no wonder everyone knows Farsons Group. As their long-term brand consultants, in August 2019 we were approached for a very specific objective. The company needed to stand out as the employer of choice within the industry.

Social media strategy
Building on our long standing relationship and supported throughout the project by Farsons Group’s prompt communication and feedback, we focused our social media strategy on Facebook and LinkedIn to achieve two objectives:
- to communicate how innovative and diverse the Group is
- to make employees feel even prouder to be part of it
Design and content direction
To kick off this exciting employer branding project, we first took a fresh visual approach.
We started from tweaking the Farsons Group brand icon to make it more modern, appealing and social media friendly. Then, we established a visual direction for photography which would look authentic and dynamic, by portraying #TeamFarsons in the midst of their work and in the areas in which they operate.
To strengthen perception of Farsons’ innovation, we came up with different content themes to promote the Group’s vision for the future and new achievements.
To entice potential new employees and celebrate the current ones, we showed Farsons’ great team spirit, activities and put a focus on team members. Finally, we highlighted how the Group supports the local community with numerous CSR initiatives. Always with a personal, motivational tone of voice.
The results were fantastic from the day we set up Farsons Group’s dedicated Facebook and LinkedIn channels, with incredible reach, engagement and genuine interactions coming from the social media community. The Group can now rely on a strong, modern social media presence to grow their team of talented people and take them forward into the future.
