An open letter to our clients and partners

30.10.2024
In the words of Justin Trudeau, 'If we don’t succeed together we will fail individually’ and this is the mantra we plan to hold at the forefront of our minds as we face these uncharted waters.

The Coronavirus disruption that we are facing right now is likely just the beginning - things will get worse before they get better and as travel is coming quickly to a slowdown we are likely to be facing an economic downturn very soon.

At this moment our two biggest concerns are the livelihood of our employees and the survival and success of our clients. Now more than ever we need to be supporting you through the times ahead and help you pivot your businesses and marketing to adapt and succeed.

In the words of Justin Trudeau, 'If we don’t succeed together we will fail individually’ and this is the mantra we plan to hold at the forefront of our minds as we face these uncharted waters.

The more brains we can put towards solving this issue, the better. We understand that you, as our clients and partners, need us now more than ever, and we will only be able to succeed if we all face this challenge together. So here we are, sleeves rolled up to help you face the music. If you need our advice, we’re a call away and if you haven’t visited any ’high risk’ countries or have done so more than 14 days ago, we are even happier to come over to see you.

After significant investment over the years, we are happy to let you know that our team is mobile and even in the unlikely event of a total lockdown we can ensure that our team will still be able to operate and meet your deadlines no matter where we work from. We are monitoring all our team and their travel plans and we are taking no risks.

This is a time to be agile, and agile we will be. If you have any marketing, media, communication plans that you would like us to take a look at, we’re here to help. If you are unsure of your current strategy, we will bring our brains around to help you.

As Charles Darwin said for the animal kingdom, those who survive “are not the strongest or the most intelligent, but the most adaptable to change.”

At this point, I encourage you to explore all your options, but whatever you do, take care of your people and your brand, keep some level of marketing and brand building activities, support your customers and get ready to emerge from this crisis prepared to seize opportunities. The brands that made it through the last crisis were those who did not stop sharing their story with their audiences.

We will find a way.

ps: We are working remotely as of Friday 13th March until further notice.
