Is there such a thing as a bad idea? We don't think so. We like to perceive each idea as a seed that could grow into an amazing one. And that's essentially what we're doing during our all-new Creative Mornings — a lot of pruning and fine-tuning of different people's thoughts.

Twice a week, a group of Wagoneers from each department gather around the boardroom table to tackle client briefs as a creative think-tank. This system allows clients to get their projects handled with all hands on deck, where everyone's in the loop.

We get to unite our strengths, improve our group-thinking skills and enhance our overall agency culture.

Breakfast is a great place to start — fully energised and with a fresh mind. Creative Mornings offer a space for Wagoneers to extract as many ideas as possible, transforming individual brainstorming sessions into more holistic ones, where everyone has a chance to contribute to the creation of concepts that evolve into signature campaigns for the brands we love.

What does a Creative Morning look like?

We start off with a quick brief. This way, everyone is informed about the idea and any questions are answered before we go ahead with creative firing. During the brainstorming stage, random thoughts, ideas and bursts of inspiration are shared and noted.

Finally, the session is rounded up, conclusions are made, ideas synthesised and everyone leaves the room with a concrete plan of action.
